Established in 2020, SVTL Advisory is a Full-service Advisory Firm centered on Legal, Financial and Human Resources Solutions. Our experienced team of advocates, legal consultants, paralegals, and administrative staff works collaboratively to deliver timely, effective, and amicable service to our clients.
We are led by a team of founding partners with a wealth of combined legal expertise: Simon Rodrick Mawalla, Kisaka Eneza Mnzava, Onesmo Samwel Mpinzile, Gift Joshua and Simon Patrick. Their leadership ensures our clients have access to in-depth knowledge and strategic guidance across various legal matters. The Partners have a combined six decades of experience between them.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

SVTL Advisory operates with a structured leadership team, with each partner and key management personnel having specific responsibilities. The organizational hierarchy includes the following positions:

The Executive Partner is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the firm, ensuring that all legal and business operations align with the firm’s mission, values, and long term objectives. The Executive Partner, in collaboration with the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), is the final decision-maker on major business, financial, and policy matters, unless a decision is overturned by the majority of partners, as stipulated in the partnership deed.

The Administrative Partner oversees the internal operations of the firm, including human resources, office management, and operational efficiency. This role ensures that resources are effectively utilized to meet client needs and support the firm’s operational goals.The Administrative partner works closely with CFO and accounts department.

The Managing Partner is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm’s operations, including overseeing client service, case management, and the performance of the firm’s teams. The Managing Partner reports directly to the Executive Partner.

The Finance Partner is responsible for the financial health of the firm. This includes overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. The Finance Partner works closely with the CFO to ensure financial stability and compliance with legal standards.
The CFO is tasked with supervising all financial and administrative policies and procedures. This role involves overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance with tax laws, managing internal controls, and ensuring that the firm’s financial policies align with legal standards and industry best practices.
